3. Quotes and Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made according to the terms specified in the individual contract.
• Late payments may result in work suspension or additional charges.

4. Project Changes

Any changes requested after contract acceptance may affect the project cost and/or timeline. All changes must be approved in writing.

5. Warranty

RFG Custom Renovations Corp. provides a limited warranty on labor and materials as specified in each contract. Damages caused by misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

6. Liability

While we strive for high-quality results, RFG Custom Renovations Corp. is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials produced by RFG Custom Renovations Corp. are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate any project or contract if payment terms are violated or if behavior endangers safety or project progress.

9. Changes to Terms

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Florida.
